While making Double Rainboom a term came up called ‘ice cream snuggles’ or ICS. It means… a mistake is so unnoticeable only an animator would see it. So, here is Zach, our director, snuggling some ice cream!
Is Double Rainboom premiering at 9 PM EST or 9 PM EDT ? I know it sounds like a dumb question, but because of daylight savings, time is confusing.
You’re right! We changed to EDT not too long ago. Sorry about the mix up. The premiere will be at 9 PM EDT. Good thing the mix up just means you might be an hour early ^^

How does Dashie do a double Rainboom? Isn't that more impossible than a blind narwhal completing the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros 2 on the NES when riding a unicycle which is on a speeding motorbike attached to the back of a dolphin doing a triple somersault through a hoop whistling "the star spangled banner" (whilst also saying "so long and thanks for all the fish" in dolphinese) with the tank of water for the dolphin being affected by the infinite improbability drive.

Double Rainboom Update!
Howdy everypony!
During our crew meeting today, we watched the first half of our film in its final timing! We’re only missing character animation in one shot. There are a few other tiny things to fix up, but it’s been sent off to sound!
Today we also completed every single one of our 116 backgrounds! Phew, that’s a lot of backgrounds.
We are 97% done with all character animation and 81% done with all the special effects.
Get ready! Our trailer, along with our official release date, will be out soon. We’ll be releasing the first half of the film on Saturday, the 9th of March at 4pm at Momocon in Atlanta, Georgia.

Double Rainboom Update!
We have officially finalized all our aniamtics! Sounds a bit delayed right? Well don’t you fret because we only have 11 shots left to hand out! We are 78% done with all character animation, 44% done with special effects, and 69% done with backgrounds! We start on postproduction tomorrow and hope to be done in February, but there is no set-in-stone release date.
